ONE ACCORD MARRIAGE MINISTRY

Genesis 2:24 says that "...man shall leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife, the two shall become one flesh." This is the goal of marriage, becoming one flesh.  This does not just mean physically but in every area of life; spiritually, emotionally and physically. 

The purpose of the Marriage Ministry here at Calvary Chapel Downey is to direct and encourage couples to actively work on building unity in their marriages.  We meet twice a month on the second and fourth Fridays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  We gather for a time of worship, fellowship and the Word.

We also provide children's ministry for all ages.
